結(jié)晶紫是一種可以和細(xì)胞核中的DNA結(jié)合的堿性染料，通常用于細(xì)胞核染色。

     結(jié)晶紫甲醇溶液(2.5%)由結(jié)晶紫、甲醇等組成，是一種組織或細(xì)胞染色時(shí)常用的可以把細(xì)胞核染成深紫色的染色液，多用于細(xì)胞。染色液本身有固定和脫水的作用，用于細(xì)胞染色時(shí)無需額外固定。本品為接近飽和溶液一般用于復(fù)配使用或稀釋后直接使用，建議工作濃度為0.1%-1%。
